Load Builder

Our Load Builders are an instrumental part of our topnotch customer service team helping to insure that we deliver our quality products on time, in full ,every time.

Load builders are responsible for safely assembling load packages for delivery and customer pickup. They load and unload material checking to be sure that each load is accurate, of good quality, well secured, and protected from the weather.

The job occasionally operates in an indoor warehouse, but more frequently in an outdoor lumber yard environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in the Vermont weather cycle.

The ability to lift in excess of 100 on occasion and in excess of 50 pounds frequently is required. Ability to run a forklift is also required.
