Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer at our Bradford location. As a Kitchen Designer, you will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, translating them into captivating kitchen designs. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise to create aesthetically pleasing layouts while ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency. Bethel Mills is a family owned & operated company. Job Duties:

• Work closely with clients to assess their requirements and preferences for kitchen design.
• Create detailed kitchen layouts, incorporating elements such as cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and lighting.
• Provide expert advice on material selection, color schemes, and overall design aesthetics.
• Utilize design software to present 2D and 3D renderings of proposed kitchen designs. (2020 Software)
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality materials within budget constraints.
• Manage project timelines effectively to ensure timely completion of kitchen design projects.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in kitchen design and incorporate innovative ideas into your work.
• Conduct site visits to assess space dimensions and gather necessary information for design implementation.

Recommended Skills:

• 2020 Design Software experience required.
• Proficient in negotiating with clients to reach mutually beneficial design solutions.
• Experience in retail sales or showroom environments beneficial for customer interactions.
• Knowledge of remodeling processes and techniques to provide comprehensive design solutions.
• Familiarity with cash register operations for processing transactions related to design services.
• Skilled in upselling additional products or services to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Background in inside sales or account management to maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong organizational & project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to conduct product demos effectively to showcase design concepts to clients.
